Partner economics
Partners sell Routina at published list price and earn a fixed margin off list. Tier is set at signing based on customer volume and grows with the relationship. Specific numbers live in your signed Partner Agreement, not on this page.

Partners keep all implementation revenue from work they deliver themselves. We don't take a cut. This is intentional — it incentivizes partners to develop their own implementation muscle and scales Routina without scaling our delivery team. If Routina performs the implementation, partners receive a referral fee.
Deal registration
Partners register opportunities through a simple form. Once registered, Routina does not compete on that customer for 90 days — even if they show up via inbound or another partner.
Industry-standard channel-protection mechanism. Protects your effort, prevents channel conflict, and lets you invest in customer development without worrying that Routina will close the deal you sourced.

Partner submits the deal registration form with customer name, contact, opportunity scope, expected close date.
Routina confirms within 48 hours
We acknowledge the registration and confirm 90-day exclusivity on this opportunity.

Partner leads the customer relationship. We provide demo support, technical pre-sales, and contract templates.

We evaluate your API surface, customer overlap, and the workflows where a Routina module unlocks value. Joint scoping in 2–3 calls.
Routina engineering builds the module. Your team provides API access, technical SMEs, and validation against real customer data. Typically 4–8 weeks.
